This is my board completley wired and tested. All the test results were satisfactory and the installation is safe to liven.

The rest of the switchboard was quick to to finish wiring. My incoming cables from the meter panel are suppost to be 16mm2 for the phase and neutral and 2.5mm2 for the pilot. There was no 16mm2 cable left so I had to use 4mm2 whch was the largest available size.

I have made my panel live and finished the live testing. The RCD's were working and my sub-circuits all had satisfactory test results.

This installation is fully operational and safe to use.

I have finished wiring up all of the circuits on my switchboard.
All I have to do now on it is:
1. Link up the RCD's with the MCB's and main isolator.
2. Bring the cables from the meter panel into the switchboard.

I have now finished wiring up all of my circuits.

Still left to do is finish wiring the meter panel and switchboard.
There is no more 16mm2 cable left for me to run from the meter panel to the switchboard, and no more 6mm2 for the links between the main isolator, RCD's and MCB's in the switchboad.
I am going to use other sized cables for the wiring of this instead and label beside it the correct size that the cables should be.
